Thai One On — Aug/September Dinner

So let the Thai feast begin.

Appetizer: Thai Shrimp Rolls Recipe – – OK to substitute tofu if you have vegetarians in your group.

First Course:  Thai Style Long Green Bean, Cucumber, and Tomato Salad 

Entree: Thai beef stew with lemongrass and noodles 

Side:  Stir-Fried Brussels Sprouts with Garlic and Chile Recipe

Optional Side: Coconut Rice

Dessert: Gluten free Thai Crème Caramel 

 Optional beverages:
Non-alcoholic beverage Thai style ice tea
Boozy beverage: Bolan Recipe
